How it works

1. Place your order online and select Pudo as your shipping method.
2. Choose your nearest Pudo point from over 2,500 locations nationwide.
3. We’ll deliver your parcel to your chosen Pudo point within 3-5 working days.
4. Receive an email notification when your parcel arrives, and collect at your convenience.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
– Products must be in original packaging and condition
– Refunds issued in original payment method
– Shipping costs non-refundable, unless defective or incorrect product
– Exchanges or store credit available for equivalent products
